Working with Harshada for the renovation of our new home in Coquitlam was an absolute pleasure. She ensured that our ideas and requirements were met while also suggesting more practical and budget-friendly options when incorporating our ideas became challenging. When we started working on our dream house project, we were looking for the Designer who would help us make it a reality. Harshada Naik (H Plus Design Inc) came across as being very trustworthy, honest, and willing to work with the client and not enforce any ideas on them.
During the time is designing the house she very patiently worked with us to understand what our needs are and made every possible effort to accommodate them within the boundaries set by city limitations. There were some instances when the plan had to be changed to accommodate suggestions from us, but she ensured that it’s done.
She not only visited many open houses with us to see what are the ideas that we liked but also worked with us in getting the plans approved by city and answer queries from them. Harshada made the process of planning/designing the house extremely enjoyable.

She personally took us around to choose the perfect wall color and the flooring material for our condo. Her contractors were also very efficient and cooperative as well! They finished the entire renovations before the projected timeline, while maintaining top notch quality.
